Germany will await the winners of England's quarter-final showdown with Italy after beating Greece 4-2 in Gdansk.
Joachim Low's side took the lead six minutes before the interval through captain Philipp Lahm's delightful strike.
Greece came out fighting after the break, and threatened an upset when Georgios Samaras equalised after 55 minutes.
But Germany put the result out of Greece's reach after goals from Sami Khedira, Miroslav Klose and Marco Reus.
Greece pulled one back late on with the first penalty scored of this tournament. Dimitris Salpingidis converted from the spot.
