Position Description:
Key Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Manage customers' accounts
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries comments and complaints Record details of actions taken
Manage administration
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Build awareness keep up to date and comply with KYC and AML Regulations;
Ensure customer information is kept confidential and only released to the right persons;
Adhere to all control measures (checks. dual control) in respect of cheque book, libraly fixed deposit receipts, ATM Cards controlled stationery, destruction of security documents etc;
Execute flagging of lost cards stop payments and other instructions promptly;
Assist with Audit queries/requests;
Ensure customer mandates are always kept up to date;
 Ensure customer information and signatures are up-to-date promptly in the system;
Execute daily routines;
Ensure the book room is neat and orderly arranged; , Keep updated of all circulars manuals and policies;
Proactively identify personal development areas and training needs;
Understand/operate bankers' rearm and equipments.
Qualifications  & experience required
Diploma, general education degree or equivalent Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of relevant computer applications
2 Years experience in banking activities
Knowledge in Banking products
