Position Description:
The organisation is seeking a flexible and professional coxswain for their new 37" motor boat equipped with 3 x 300hp Mercury outboard engines.
You will be responsible for the professional management of: Daily follow up, maintenance program, transport operations and official duties. Focus on this position will be management of maintenance, HSE (health, safety and environment) follow up and ensuring that all official duties are at best safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Company's motor boat
At all time have the yacht prepared and distinguished for any official duties on short notice
Participation in project preparation, being responsible for development of entertaining programs, including risk management
Follow-up of contractors' engineering, construction, fabrication, testing and installation of documentation and activities
Ensure compliance with the company's HSE targets through safe and environmental friendly solutions
Be the company's representative
The ideal candidate will be a holder of masters ticket for yachts up to 50"motorboat and of VHF marine radio certificate. In addition, basic safety training (firefighting and survival at sea including first aid) and a high standard in HSE is required. You must have high ethical awareness and personal integrity and good communication skills with fluency in English, both oral and written
