Position Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct inspection and supportive supervisions of health facilities.
Deals with verification and checking of prescriptions
Makes researches or market surveys with a view to establishing the actual costs for services, medicines, pharmaceutical items and other medical consumables
Initiates accreditation processes for health facilities.
Addresses issues related to management of clinical cases or quality aspects
Ensures that the National and Professional Standard Treatment Guidelines and the Fund's Policies, regulations, procedures and standards are adhered to by services providers
Attends and addresses members enquiries and complaints Attends clinical meetings in accredited facilities
Prepares and submit work reports to the immediate Supervisor
Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and experience
Degree in clinical medicine from a recognized institution
Work experience of not less than three years in Clinical practice at the level of Regional hospital/District hospital or equivalent status.
Licensed Medical Practitioner Certificate from Medical Council of Tanganyika or Medical Council of Zanzibar

Position Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertakes claims processing
Coordinates members and providers correspondence on Claims matters and ensures that various queries are replied.
Analyses rejected claims and processes re-submitted claims.
Takes part in various researches related to claims administration activities. Maintains proper and up-to-date records of benefits processed and paid. Dispatches claim forms and service providers' cheques
Compiles information (inputs) for preparation of various periodic reports on benefits administration matters
Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
Direct Entry Qualifications
University Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Economics, Business Administration, Social Security Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
Relevant work experience is an added advantage.

Position Description:
World Air Travel & Tours is looking to recruit a Travel / Holiday consultant to join their dynamic team in their Dar es salaam based offices. The travel consultant needs to be outgoing and approachable, with excellent customer service skills, selling skills, Interpersonal relationship, IT literate with excellent English communication verbal/written skills.
Advanced level education with a minimum of 3 years front line sales experience in travel industry
Diploma in Travel & Tourism/IATA basic fares & ticketing and/or equivalent plus GDS certificate
Knowledge of Front Office systems / Airline reservations systems
The consultant's role is to promote and sell leisure travel and all holiday products.
Build relationship/rapport with corporate clients to retain clients for repeated business
Meeting sales targets as set out by the branch/travel agency manager
Dealing with complicated customer itineraries and having best possible solutions
Handling customer orders, issuance of documents, refunds and payments
Liaising with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines regarding bookings and schedules;
Perform all duties assigned by immediate supervisor/branch manager
Keep tabs on competition and obtain market intelligence and report to immediate supervisor/branch manager
Maintain World Air Travel standards at all time
