Position Description:

Reporting line:Senior Fuel Coordinator
Rotational Status:6 weeks on, 3 weeks off
Location:Buzwagi Mine Site, Kahama District, Shinyanga Region
Key Result Areas/Essential Functions
Implement and improve current Fuel management systems on Buzwagi Mine.
Inspect bulk storage areas and current dispensing systems.
Provide pro active supervision re Fuel management systems and procedures.
Manage all issuing and inspections of dispensing sheets, fuel requisition forms and data collection procedures.
Ensure all data is correctly recorded doing cross checks
Reconcile daily usage of fuel and lubrications.
Submit reconciliation reports to the Security Operations Superintendent on a daily basis.
Record all required data in the appropriate database and submit to the Buzwagi Fuel reconciliation coordinator daily.
Communicate and ensure compliance of all fuel management procedures to management personnel and service truck operators.
Communicate all irregularities and faulty equipment to the Buzwagi Fuel reconciliation Coordinator, Mobile maintenance Superintendent and Security Operations Superintendent.
Comply with insurance requirements from the Buzwagi Fuel reconciliation coordinator.
Manage and coordinate Fuel distribution according to Security Operations Superintendent's Instructions.
Be present in the field during field dispensing and fuel distribution to mobile and fixed equipment Supervise all fuel dispensing activities.
All duties and responsibilities as directed by the Buzwagi Security Manager
Night shift work will be required.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Education and Experience Requirements:
Post secondary education diploma or degree.
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English language

Position Overview
We seek to appoint a Project Superintendent - Bulyanhulu Process Plant Expansion Project at our Bulyanhulu gold mining operation. The incumbent will assist the Project Manager to coordinate all project related functions and liaise with site personnel to ensure that interfaces with site and the project team are identified and managed. He/she will also ensure logistics interfaces are recognized and adjusted to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Reporting Line:Project Manager
Rotational Status:6 weeks on; 3 weeks off
Location: Bulyanhulu

To ensure project logistics are managed in order to ensure a successful project

Professional Skills
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in transport Logistics
Experience Requirements:
10 years experience in transport logistics preferably in Africa
