The Tanganyika Law Society invites applications from suitably qualified and self-motivated persons to fill the following position:
Finance Manager
Qualifications
Relevant university degree from a reputable/accredited Institution OR other relevant educational background combined with relevant professional experience;
At least 5 years experience of finance management;
Relevant Accounting Qualification(s) a must e.g. CPA;
Solid experience of work with windows-based computer software and modern accounting- systems;
Ability to plan for different sets of scenarios in relation to budgets and plans;
Proven skills and experience in report writing;
Strong communication; interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills; Fluency in written and spoken English, fluency in spoken Kiswahili a must
Salary and benefits:
The successful candidates will receive attractive packages commensurate with their qualification and experience, inclusive of fringe benefits.
The successful candidates will be offered a 3 year contract subject to renewal depending on performance.

Secretary / Chief Executive Secretary
Qualifications
Masters in Business administration or other qualification from Chartered Institute of
Secretaries and Administration;
At least a Bachelor degree in law from a recognized University;
LL.M will be an added advantage;
At least 5 years experience in administration;
Experience in planning, coordination and monitoring of programs;
Excellent analytical, writing, oral presentation and organizational skills;
Possess strong knowledge of current development issues;
Demonstrate leadership ability;
Excellent knowledge of the Tanzanian judicial system and administrative structure of the judiciary; and
Experience in building and managing teams and creating an enabling environment.
