NewsPoint.Tz Blog is a Blog which aim to update our viewer’s what’s going on in the surrounding environment. We cover all events such as International & Local News, Politics, Business, Sports & Entertainment as it happens in the world.

We also have some special segment such as... JOBS which provide daily jobs in the system, EXPERIENCE TANZANIA a segment which provide information on tourist site in Tanzania, CHEKECHA a segment that question the government on different aspect that are not done properly, NDOANDOANO a segment that mainly deal with relationships and many other segment that are done on daily bases.

Our audience, at the time we having over 1000 viewers on daily bases and we are still growing at the fastest rate, our expectation is to hit 5000 viewers per day before early October.

Membership Requirements and targets.

The main aim of the blog is to cover the whole part of Tanzania throw his members, hence one of the requirement in getting members is that the members should come from different region in the country but also the members should be in groups of 5 to 10 people. We require the members in groups because of not only the nature of the task that their are likely to face but also of the aspect of the blog as going on concern hence fail of an individual many be covered by other members of the group.

The main tasks that the group is likely to face are Journalist task & Marketing task.

The group would have a responsibility to provide news in the area that it is located but also international news if possible. Also the group would have a specific segment either of your own choice that you can introduce or any segment that you will pick from the blog; hence provide daily update on the segment chosen or introduced.

Marketing is also main task of the group. This task will enable the group to earn money hence it should be carried with great attention. The marketers are suppose to talk to different business entity/owners and convince them to advertise their business in our blog. This can be achieved throw explaining the advantages the entities may have if their advertise with us.

Rewards.

The group would be rewarded depending on how active it is. Activeness of the group depending on the news it send but also the Adverts it get. An active group would be rewarded 50% of the advert fees it gets. This means if the group get 10 advert then it would be rewarded 50% of the 10 adverts if it also provide news on the blog. The kinds of adverts that the blog offer and the rates would be emailed to the group once membership is completed.

Exceptional Membership.

For any professional marketers who have the access to different companies which makes them easier to acquire adverts from such companies would also be granted membership. The rates of reward to such members would be 30% of the advert fees for every advert he get for the blog.

A group of university student would be given a huge priority because one of the co mission of the blog is to provide work to the growing generation and also to keep them busy far from drugs and any other wasteful activities.
