Position Description:
Job Role:
Will be expected to do market research, promote the products and supervise the sales person - set their targets, analyze and guide them to increase the sales volume.
Industry: Food Products, Consumable Items, Sundries and House Hold items
Qualification:
• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration (Marketing option preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English is required.
• Must also have good IT skills.
Experience:
• 2-3 years handling Supervisory level jobs in food manufacturing consumer goods.
• Strong experience in sales, route sales and retailing.
Other Specification:
• Person should have strong convincing skills, good communication power and managerial skills for leading a big team.
• The person has to be assertive and innovative to achieve results.
